Refund policy
We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. The specific fee depends on the shipping carrier you choose. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect), we will cover the return shipping costs at no additional charge to you.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still return it under our 100-day return policy.
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@trythiocyn.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In these cases, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you – including return shipping.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. All physical products are eligible for return under our 100-day guarantee.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
